IT was "elaborate" and "romantic". The wedding of Australian Idol's Guy Sebastian to his childhood sweetheart Jules Egan continued his fairytale.
Idol judge Ian ``Dicko'' Dickson described the ceremony as:
``the most uplifting wedding I've ever been to''.
``It felt like the final scene in a romantic comedy. It was incredible; there
was so much joy in the room.''
The ceremony, held at the same Manly chapel where Nicole
Kidman married Keith Urban, was attended by almost 200 guests including model
couple Jennifer Hawkinsand Jake Wall.
The bridal party arrived in three silver Rolls-Royces, the windows blacked out
to protect the exclusivity of the lucrative $150,000 deal the newlyweds signed
with New Idea.
Egan, wearing an Ivory gown designed by Master/Slave, exchanged vows with her
long time love in the gothic-style Cardinal Cerretti Memorial Chapel at

``It was some dress. She looked absolutely beautiful,'' he said.
Egan was flanked by six bridesmaids, and it's no wonder her outfit was
impressive: the dress is valued at more than $10,000 and designer Roderick Ng
said months of planning went into making it.
``It is very elaborate and romantic,'' he said. ``It is definitely not your
run-of-the-mill wedding dress.
``She is a really beautiful woman and she is living the modern fairytale. It is
like every girl's dreamto marry an idol.''
Sebastian, 26, wore a brown suit. Following the church service, the couple
travelled to the Hilton Hotel for photographs.

The couple met 13 years ago at the Assemblies of God Paradise Community Church
